I'm not sure what it is about my Lexington weddings, but they wear me out! I'm sure the drive is a small part of it, but they definitely live the phrase "work hard, play hard" to the hilt. Megan and Taylor were no exception... talk about throwing one hell of a party to celebrate their marriage!
The guys wore real bow ties, not the clip-ons and there is definitely a difference... Megan picked them because she loved how they looked when they were undone and hanging around their necks once the reception began.
Megan and Taylor traveled in a Bentley from the ceremony to the reception and I was able to use some video lights to really make these shots special.
Megan changed from her wedding gown to a gorgeous pair of white tuxedo pants and sparkly top to do "Proud Mary" justice towards the end of the night. I love this idea of changing into a party gown or more comfortable outfit for dancing the night away!
Holly and Jordon's wedding day mirrored their engagement session a year earlier, cold! But they and their bridal party were troopers and we had a wonderful day together! Here are some highlights
Jordon wore a kilt with not just any plaid, but his Thompson family plaid. What a great way to pay tribute to your lineage!
Rather than doing a typical wedding cake, they had a dessert bar featuring some of their favorite desserts like sticky toffee pudding.
Holly got ready at her father's house and a certain Halloween decoration named Jeeps made his way into a few photos... look below. :)

Stephanie and Adam were married on a beautiful fall day!! I'm not a fan of fall, but you have to love a gorgeous blue sky against some vibrant leaves! Here are some highlights from their day...
Stephanie was very cool, calm and collected during the planning process, but as she put on her dress... she began to choke up, I think she was just so happy that the day was finally happening!!
Adam bought her not only one, but TWO necklaces from Tiffany's for a wedding gift. He's off to a very good start!
Stephanie and Adam each have two sisters... and none of them even remotely resemble one another... seriously I was taking double takes all day.
